About Us

Collaborative Build is a family-owned and -operated renovation company based in Duncan, BC. Established with the goal of helping our clients make their spaces work for them, sustainably, without breaking the bank.

D’Arcy Neville studied carpentry at Camosum College and is a certified Red Seal Carpenter. During his apprenticeship he learned a wide range of skills, from architectural concrete with Campbell Construction, to specialty renovations with plenty of fine finishing in homes all over Victoria.

He has a lot of experience with a variety of renovations, and the knowledge to tackle just about anything. From accessibility upgrades and small repairs, to fully renovations and additions, D'Arcy can handle it all!

Colleen Neville has a strong background in customer service, sales, and project management. Starting her career in the food industry, including working as Quality and Brand Manager for the local Tim Hortons franchisee, to Sales Manager at a local wood window and door manufacturer – coordinating production, delivery logistics, and contractors for installation – she learned how to work with all types of people and projects.

We just connected with Collaborative Build Contracting this year and we are SO excited to continue referring our clients to them, and using them for handling all things wood repair on our projects. Not only is the workmanship fantastic, but the way the business is run is so unlike other trades companies we would typically work with.
